Pokhara, 7 December| Dr. Ram Krishna Timilsina, former Chairman of the Inclusion Commission and former Registrar of the Supreme Court, has been implicated in the corruption case concerning the construction of the Pokhara International Airport (PIA).
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has submitted a file to the Special Court to file a charge sheet against him. According to sources, Timilsina was the coordinator of the consulting team appointed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) for the PIA project.
The CIAA is also preparing to file charges against other former members of the consulting team, including Airport Engineer Dr. Purushottam Dangol and retired Director Vinodananda Chaudhary (Maithil Bahun).
